We are a bank-panel property valuation firm in Secunderabad, hiring Field Executives on a commission basis for site inspections and bank file collection across Hyderabad. Full training provided; freshers welcome.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect flats, houses, villas and plots; take measurements and record property details
- Capture geo-tagged photographs as per company checklist
- Collect valuation files from bank branches
- Coordinate site visits with owners and bank officials; submit details the same day

Requirements:

- Two-wheeler with valid licence and Android smartphone
- Positive knowledge of Hyderabad areas; fluent in Telugu
- Diploma (Civil) / ITI preferred; any graduate welcome

Please note: this is a commission-based role, not a fixed-salary job. Earnings are paid per site visit, so the more visits you complete, the more you earn; active performers earn significantly more than a regular fixed salary. Petrol allowance and a minimum guarantee for the first three months, with training in property valuation and growth into senior roles. Only candidates comfortable with commission-based earnings should apply.
