- Handle end-to-end loan documentation and file processing.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
- Follow up on loan login, approval, sanction and disbursement.
- Coordinate with sales executives and customers for pending documents.
- Maintain daily MIS and update loan application status
- Must have prior experience in the Loan Industry (DSA / Bank / NBFC).
- Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP and Business Loans preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
