Job Summary

We are looking for a technically inclined and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our solar division in Kolkata. In this role, you will manage daily service operations, schedule technicians, and provide PAN India service support from our office. You will act as the vital bridge between solar plant owners, commercial clients, and our field service engineers to ensure maximum uptime for solar assets.

Key Responsibilities

· PAN India Support: Act as the central point of contact for solar installation sites, commercial clients, and regional field teams across India.

· Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct initial remote technical screening of solar inverter faults, generation drops, or system alerts before dispatching teams.

· Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and optimize schedules for field engineers and O&M; (Operations & Maintenance) technicians based on urgency and skill sets.

· SLA & Uptime Tracking: Monitor open tickets to ensure solar system breakdowns are resolved within strictly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

· Warranty & Logistics: Coordinate with internal teams or OEMs to manage warranty claims for solar panels, inverters, and net-metering equipment.

· O&M; Coordination:



Track and schedule routine preventive maintenance visits, module cleaning schedules, and health checks across client portfolios.

· Daily Documentation: Update CRM tools or service logs with technician reports, site sign-offs, and daily solar generation data.

· Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and technical capability)

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or a solid technical background in the solar/power industry).

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical service coordination, solar helpdesk support, or field engineering management.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with solar system components (inverters, string monitoring, SCADA systems) and proficiency in MS Excel.

· Language Skills: Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi and English is highly preferred to support clients and teams across different Indian states.
