Reporting To: Restaurant Supervisor / Captain / F&B; Manager

1. Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly with a smile and professional hospitality.
2. Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup.
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately.
4. Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
5. Follow guest service etiquette and qualified grooming standards.
6. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.
7. Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely.
8. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
9. Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation SOPs.
10. Maintain proper mise-en-place before and after service.
11. Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and closing procedures.
12. Follow supervisor instructions, teamwork, discipline, and attendance rules.
13. Upsell food and beverages professionally.
14. Maintain zero-complaint service standards.
