Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries through WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both Kannada and Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and sales skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
