Department: Customer Service / After-Sales Support

Job Role: Service Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Telecaller to handle customer service calls, coordinate service requests, and provide after-sales support for TIRON robotic vacuum cleaners and smart home products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to product servicing and complaints.
2. Understand customer issues and register service requests.
3. Follow up with customers regarding pending service requests and complaints.
4. Coordinate with service engineers to schedule customer visits and resolve issues.
5. Update customers about service status, repair progress, and expected completion time.
6. Maintain customer details, service records, and call logs.
7. Collect customer feedback after service completion.
8. Inform customers about product usage,



basic troubleshooting, and maintenance.
9. Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
10. Escalate unresolved complaints to the concerned team.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with service engineers and customers.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of English and local languages.

Qualification & Experience:

- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or service coordination will be an added advantage
