- Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
- Evaluate and identify the right visa category, as per clients profile.
- Build and maintain close relationship with clients and responded to their queries.
- Maintain periodic Visa status records.
- Resolve client queries directly and indirectly professionally.
- Keeping up-to-date with immigration legislation and continual changes.
- Ensuring process quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance to internal and external policies and procedures
