Role Overview:

Looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with robust hands-on experience in the Talent & Performance module, responsible for configuration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Workday Talent & Performance functionality.
- Manage Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning.
- Configure performance evaluation templates, competency frameworks, and feedback cycles.
- Set up eligibility rules and business processes for talent programs.
- Manage calibration sessions and performance review cycles.




- Maintain Workday security roles and domain policies.
- Perform audits and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
- Support Workday HCM integration and organizational changes.
