IITJobs is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate should have robust functional knowledge of Workday HCM and hands-on experience working across multiple modules, including implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
- Experience working with multiple Workday HCM modules, such as:
- Core HCM
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional configuration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Payroll Experience is a Plus
- Availability to work from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST .
