The Workshop Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing workshop setups and operations, ensuring all spaces, equipment, resources, and teams are managed efficiently for smooth event delivery.

Ensure safety standards, quality checks, and proper functioning of all equipment and installations.

Handle on-site challenges, technical issues, and last-minute operational requirements.

Oversee dismantling, inventory reconciliation, equipment returns, and venue handover.

Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, equipment, and other workshop essentials.

Supervise technicians, labourers, and support staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Prepare post-event reports covering expenses, inventory, damages, and operational feedback.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of all workshop requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in event production
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple tasks under pressure.
