About the role

We are looking for a WordPress Developer to support website development and maintenance across accounts. The role involves building responsive web pages, implementing approved website requirements, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality website experience. You will work closely with the design and project teams to bring website requirements to life.

What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain WordPress pages, templates and reusable components.
- Translate approved designs into responsive website experiences.
- Customize themes and implement suitable plugins based on project requirements.
- Support content updates, forms and approved integrations.
- Troubleshoot layout, functionality and compatibility issues.
- Improve page performance and follow agreed accessibility and technical SEO requirements.




- Test changes across relevant browsers and devices.
- Follow version control, staging, backup and release processes.
- Maintain explicit documentation and coordinate delivery with the project manager.

What we’re looking for

- Hands-on WordPress development experience with a relevant portfolio.
- Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with theme customization, plugins and responsive development.
- The ability to investigate plugin conflicts and website defects.
- Familiarity with Git and staging-based development workflows.
- Attention to quality, maintainability and delivery timelines.
