We support US businesses, nonprofits, CPA firms and growing organisations with dedicated accounting support and AI-enabled workflows. Every client file is supervised by our founder, Pooja Gupta, who has 13+ years in accounting and finance.

Role details

- Position: Junior Accountant (individual contributor)
- Location: Remote
- Experience: 1–3 years (strong freshers considered)
- Hours: Partial overlap with US Eastern time
- Engagement: Dedicated to one client’s books, or shared across 4–6 smaller clients

What you’ll do

- Record daily transactions in QuickBooks Online / Xero
- Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage AP and AR: bill entry, payment runs, invoicing and aging follow-ups
- Post payroll entries and support payroll processing
- Work on cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping projects
- Prepare month-end schedules for prepaids, accruals and fixed assets




- Organise workpapers for audit, review and tax support
- Use automation and AI tools to speed up routine work

What you’ll bring

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Solid fundamentals in accruals, reconciliations and double-entry accounting
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
- Valuable Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Clear written English and strong attention to detail

Nice to have

- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Exposure to US GAAP basics, 1099s or US sales tax
- Familiarity with Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, Dext or Hubdoc
- Pursuing CA Inter, CMA Inter, US CMA or EA
