We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and experienced candidates with International BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- International BPO experience will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
- Update customer information and maintain proper records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Demonstrate good listening, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous International Voice Process experience will be preferred.

Salary & Perks / Advantages:

- Freshers: 18,000 22,000 In-Hand Salary.
- Experienced: Up to 35,000 In-Hand Salary.
- Up to 30% hike on last drawn salary (based on eligibility).
