Position: Customer Service Associate

Shift: Day Shift, Training- Rotational Night Shift

Role: Customer Service with Soft Sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to pre delivery services or post deliver services.
- Assist customers with vehicle-related information and support.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Promote automobile products, services, and relevant offers through soft sales.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Shift & Training Details:

- Regular operations will be in the DAY SHIFT.
- Initial training may be scheduled during the NIGHT SHIFT.
- Candidates must be flexible to attend night-shift training.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.




- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Interest in the automobile industry.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
