WAREHOUSE MANAGER (INVENTORY AND QUALITY CONTROL)

Salary: Rs 28,000 to 35,000 per month | 6 days a week, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

ABOUT INDOBANYAN

Indobanyan Brands Pvt Ltd is a Noida-based house of Indian consumer brands: Kothi Decor (handcrafted brass and home decor), Happy Banyan (curated gift boxes), Divine Banyan (pooja essentials) and IVEI (desk and craft products). Products are sold through Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, the company's websites and corporate gifting.

THE ROLE The Warehouse Manager runs our Hathras warehouse, where all company stock is received, checked, stored, packed and dispatched for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, our websites and corporate orders. The role owns stock accuracy and product quality: every item that enters is counted and inspected, every item that leaves is correct and undamaged, and the system count matches the physical count.

Team: dispatch staff, packers, accounts assistant

Location: A-25, Industrial Area, Hathras 204101, Uttar Pradesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receive vendor deliveries, count them against the purchase order in EasyEcom, record shortages and damage, and complete the goods receipt the same day
- Inspect incoming goods (brass, wood, textiles, packaging) against the approved sample; reject defective pieces; maintain a rejection log per vendor
- Maintain stock accuracy: bin locations, weekly cycle counts on quick-moving items, monthly full count, variance report with reasons
- Supervise picking, packing and dispatch: pick lists from the system, packing to brand standard, label printing, dispatch scan on every order
- Prepare Amazon FBA and Blinkit shipments to their carton, labelling and appointment requirements
- Manage returns: receive, inspect, restock saleable units, quarantine damaged units,

- Lead and schedule the warehouse team; train new staff on the system and packing standard
- Maintain housekeeping, safety and security; control consumables (boxes, tape, labels)
- Coordinate daily with the Noida operations team on orders, stock levels and shipment plans

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate or diploma; 3 to 6 years in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfilment or manufacturing dispatch role, at least 1 year supervising staff
- Working knowledge of a warehouse or inventory system (EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, Tally stock or similar) and MS Excel
- Able to use barcode scanners and label printers
- Strong counting discipline and written record keeping
- Hindi fluent; can read English product codes and packing lists
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hathras

PREFERRED

- Experience preparing Amazon FBA or Flipkart shipments
- Quality inspection experience in handicrafts, brass, home decor or packaging
- Has set up a warehouse process from scratch
- Two-wheeler and licence for local vendor visits

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED
- Stock accuracy: system vs physical within 1%
- Goods receipt completed same day on 100% of inwards
- Wrong-item and damage complaints below 1% of orders
- Marketplace shipments accepted without discrepancy

TERMS

Full-time, on payroll. Probation 3 months. 18 paid leaves a year after probation. Notice period 15 days during probation, 30 days after.

HIRING PROCESS A 10-minute phone screen, then one 45-minute round at the warehouse (count one delivery against a PO, inspect 20 pieces against a sample, pack 3 orders, 15 minutes of conversation). Decision within 48 hours.
