Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain efficient dispatch and storage processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order fulfillment, minimize losses, and lead warehouse staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure timely order fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels
- Monitor inward & outward movement of goods and documentation
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and reduce shrinkage & damages
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and ensure productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational SOPs
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and accounts teams




- Handle vendor coordination and transportation planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, stock reconciliation & audits
- Experience with retail, FMCG, or e-commerce warehouses preferred
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP-Logic)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in retail chains, warehouses, or FMCG distribution centers will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,403.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month
