We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations supporting 24 branches.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse setup, inventory management, receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, manpower management, and distribution operations in the retail/supermarket industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations supporting multiple supermarket branches.
- Lead the warehouse setup, process implementation, and operational planning.
- Plan and control receiving, GRN, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate supply of products to all 24 branches.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO, expiry management, damaged stock and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure accurate physical stock and system stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, Branch Operations, Finance and Logistics teams.
- Plan branch-wise dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, productivity and attendance.
- Establish and monitor warehouse SOPs, processes and internal controls.




- Conduct regular stock audits and investigate stock variances.
- Ensure proper warehouse layout, space utilization, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, productivity and stock variance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement continuous process improvements.
- Manage warehouse documentation, reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Handle and resolve operational issues related to warehouse and branch supply.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse / Distribution / Supply Chain operations.
- Experience in Supermarket, Hypermarket, Retail or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Experience handling multi-branch distribution operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes and stock management.
- Experience in warehouse setup and process development will be preferred.
- Good understanding of GRN, stock transfer, picking, dispatch and inventory reconciliation.
- Robust manpower management and leadership skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse/inventory software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
