ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic Tele Callers with hands-on bulk/hardcore outbound & inbound calling experience to source, engage and screen candidates for overseas job openings.
You will spend most of your day on outbound calls, pitching opportunities, qualifying candidates and moving the right profiles through our hiring pipeline.
KEY RESPONSILIBITIES
- Make high-volume outbound calls to candidates from our database and job portals
- Pitch overseas job opportunities and build candidate interest
- Screen candidates against client requirements (skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period)
- Maintain accurate call logs and candidate records in CRM / tracking tools
- Share screened CVs with managers daily
- Follow up with candidates and coordinate interviews
- Meet daily call and CV submission targets
PRFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 year of experience in bulk calling, telecalling,
call centre or BPO operations
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a professional, confident phone manner
- Previously used auto dialling software for out/inbound calling
- Positive spoken English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication, listening and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable in a structured environment
- Immediate availability to join
LOCATION OF WORK
- Work from office in DLF Prime Towner, Okhla Phase-1, well connected by Metro and public transport
5 DAY WORKING
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
