Role & responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor order processing, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and operational efficiency.

1. Team Management

- Supervise and manage a team of 50100+ employees.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Manage attendance, shift planning and workforce availability.
- Train, guide and motivate team members.

1. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock availability and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper stock inward and outward processes.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stock shortages.

1. Customer Service

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle operational issues and escalations.

1. Quality & Hygiene





- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits, vegetables and FMCG products.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines.

1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Track daily sales, productivity and operational performance.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of store targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Position: Store Supervisor

Department: Store Operations

Experience: 6 months 2 years

Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience

Industry: Retail / FMCG / E-commerce / Grocery preferred

Languages: Telugu, Hindi and basic English
