Job Overview

We are looking for two agile and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Team Leads to manage, supervise and motivate sales and marketing executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for team performance, lead generation, customer engagement, sales conversions and achieving business targets.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the assigned sales and marketing team.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Assign targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Coordinate customer meetings and property site visits.
- Support team members in negotiations and closing sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.




- Coordinate with the General Manager and management team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.
- Previous team-handling experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage targets and drive team performance.
- Knowledge of lead management and CRM systems preferred.
- Hyderabad candidates preferred.
