Role Overview

We are looking for customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Officers (RSOs) to join our Tanishq stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, showcasing products, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.

Achieve individual and category-wise sales targets.

Promote recent collections and offers.

Handle billing, sales transactions, returns, and customer queries.

Maintain product displays and support store operations.

Ensure stock accuracy and adherence to store SOPs.

Desired Candidate Profile:





2-4 years of retail sales experience.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Target-oriented and passionate about sales.

Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion Retail, Watches, or Lifestyle sectors preferred.
