Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machines, CNC machines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, etc.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and carry out timely repairs.
- Maintain alignment, lubrication systems, bearings, and rotating equipment.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate with vendors. Electrical Maintenance
- Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, troubleshooting.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Maintain wiring, MCC panels, control circuits, and safety systems.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.

Hydraulic Maintenance

- Maintain hydraulic power packs, cylinders, valves, pumps, and piping systems.
- Identify leakage, pressure issues, and system inefficiencies.
- Perform routine inspection and replacement of seals, hoses, and filters.
