Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of beauty products, salon supplies, consumables and operational materials.

- Monitor stock levels, minimum inventory requirements and product consumption across locations.

- Plan and execute product purchases based on demand, stock availability and business requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, pricing and timely deliveries.

- Track stock inward and outward, maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

- Identify low-stock, excess-stock and rapid-moving items to prevent stockouts and wastage.

- Coordinate with warehouse, operations and city teams to ensure the timely distribution of products.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor details,



invoices and inventory MIS reports.

- Negotiate with vendors to optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality.

- Ensure timely replenishment of essential products and salon consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in inventory planning or a related field (logistics/supply chain).

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., production team) and external partners (e.g., suppliers).

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
