Position: Team Leader International Non-Voice Process

Number of Openings: 6

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team handling International Non-Voice Operations.
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor daily operations, team performance and process metrics.
- Handle team escalations, provide coaching and ensure process adherence.
- Maintain operational efficiency and deliver client expectations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Team Leader in an International Non-Voice Process is mandatory.
- Solid team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage team performance in a 247 operational environment.

Work Details:

- Working Days: As per process requirements
- Shifts: 247 Rotational Shifts
- Transport: No Transport Facility

Salary:- Upto 6.50 LPA
