- Handle international customer queries through live chat.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, and accounts.
- Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written communication.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and defined SLAs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- International BPO experience preferred; freshers with excellent written communication may also apply.
