Qualification: Any Graduates - Full time Graduates

Experience: 1-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Shift Timings: Night Shift 9:30 PM to 6:45 AM (5 days WFO)

Job Level: 2A/3A

Designation: Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist

Note: MBA (Finance) Freshers are eligible.

Role purpose:

Perform document-led private-investment processing, data maintenance and accounting support under defined procedures.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up approved entity, account, security and model-portfolio data.
- Receive, validate, index and store commitments, confirmations, assignment agreements,



pricing letters and related documents.
- Record routine lifecycle events, capital calls, distributions and approved disposition information.
- Maintain sub-ledger records, unfunded commitments, book cost, NAV-related inputs and portfolio-company attributes.
- Prepare reconciliations and identify incomplete approvals, documentation or inconsistent data for escalation.

Domain knowledge and systems:

Basic knowledge of private funds, co-investments, direct investments, external funds and real-estate structures.

Exposure to SCD/SimCorp, Investran, Yardi, ticketing/JIRA and document repositories.

Skills:

High attention to document completeness, accounting data and funding deadlines.

Ability to follow multi-step controls and maintain a explicit audit trail.

- Carry 2 printouts your updated resume.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
