Qualification: Any Graduates - Full time Graduates

Experience: 4-8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Shift Timings: Night Shift 9:30 PM to 6:45 AM (5 days WFO)

Job Level: 4B/4A

Designation: Team Lead/Assistant Manager

Note: Team Leading experience mandatory at least 2 years.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage entity and asset onboarding across funds, co-investments, direct assets, real-estate entities and non-standard commitments.
- Process full and partial dispositions, deferred-payment structures, ownership changes and approved cost/valuation updates.




- Review investment documents against operational requirements and identify clauses or missing information requiring CPP Investments assessment.
- Reconcile capital calls, distributions, GP statements, portfolio-company data, fees and period-end true-ups.
- Support NAV build-up, GP-versus-CPPIB cost reconciliations, quarterly events, public-mark adjustments and valuation variance investigation.
- Coordinate Finance, valuation, investment-accounting and operational stakeholders; coach junior staff.

Domain knowledge and systems:

- Solid private-investment accounting, capital-activity, look-through reporting and valuation-support knowledge.
- Proficiency in Investran, Yardi, SCD/SimCorp, IOB, DealCloud/JIRA, Bloomberg and Excel.

- All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
