Key Responsibilities

- Process vendor bills accurately and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Post bank transactions and perform periodic bank reconciliations.
- Record credit card transactions and complete credit card reconciliations.
- Process payroll-related data and record payroll accounting entries.
- Prepare customer invoices and coordinate timely mailing or submission.




- Perform accounts receivable and revenue reconciliations.
- Update document checklists, document libraries and client reports.
- Calculate and file sales tax in line with applicable requirements and timelines.
- Complete payroll reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation and other month-end adjustment entries.
- Coordinate internally to address routine accounting queries, missing information and follow-ups.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.

Job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting processes, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting.
