Fibe is hiring candidates for its BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) business. The role involves assisting customers who are purchasing services across Edutech, Hospitech, Digi Tech, and Green Financing.

The candidate will connect with customers over calls, help them complete their transactions, explain the BNPL financing option, and encourage them to opt for the available financing facility wherever suitable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with customers over calls to assist them with their purchase transactions.
- Guide customers through the BNPL transaction process and help resolve transaction-related queries.
- Explain the benefits and process of Buy Now, Pay Later financing.
- Encourage customers to complete their purchases using Fibe's BNPL facility.




- Follow up with interested customers and help convert enquiries into successful transactions.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience while meeting daily productivity and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Good communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu.
- Comfortable with customer calling, convincing, and sales-oriented activities.
- Valuable customer-handling and persuasion skills.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Salary & Incentives:

- Up to 30% hike on the last drawn CTC, subject to eligibility.
- Maximum salary: 25,000 in hand.
- Performance-based incentives: 3,000–8,000 per month.
- Salary structure as per applicable PF norms.
