- Own the digital marketing & e-commerce P&L;
- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, conversion, revenue and profit
- Oversee all aspects of product and performance marketing across the online platform, including awareness, consideration, acquisition and retention
- Leverage your extensive experience of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the e-commerce platform




- Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to further improve and optimise
- Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)
- Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and drive growth;
- Work effectively with third party partners and agencies
- Lead the team inMONTHLY planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
- Play a leading role in strategising, creating and managing a plan to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
