Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team ofsales professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition
& growth objectives. You will be responsible for:
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing Strategies
Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness
- Building strong and team-oriented relationships
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.
- Overseeing the daily sales activities, writing salesreports, designing effective salesstrategies, and marketing company products and services.
- Outlining and managing sales budgets.
- Setting quarterly and annualsales goals and motivating the sales teamsto achieve their goals.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
