? DeHaat Consumer Products Private Limited is Hiring!
Building DeHaat Honest Farms. Creating the next generation of trusted food brands.
At DeHaat Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd., we're building DeHaat Honest Farms, a modern FMCG brand committed to bringing high-quality, pesticide-tested food products to everyday homes.
What sets us apart is the strength of our foundation. Backed by one of India's most extensive agricultural ecosystems, we work closely with farmers across regions, enabling direct sourcing, greater transparency, and consistent quality at scale. Every product undergoes rigorous pesticide testing before reaching consumers.
But for us, the job doesn't end at sourcing.
We're building a brand that stands out on shelves, wins on digital platforms, and earns repeat trust through every consumer experience.
That means every touchpoint, from packaging and communication to marketplaces and campaigns, needs to work as hard as the product itself.
We're looking for people who understand this balance, where strong backend systems meet sharp, consumer-first brand execution.
Because in FMCG, it's not just about what you make. It's about how powerfully it shows up.
? Visual Designer – Marketing, Packaging & 3D Motion
Experience: 2–6 Years
We believe in one simple truth:
? People don't read packs. They scan, feel, compare, and decide.
If you understand that split-second decision and know how to make a product stand out, we're looking for you!
? What We're Building
We're taking food from farms to homes.
But between that journey lies a shelf, a screen, and a split-second decision.
That's where design makes all the difference.
We're looking for someone who can turn a product into an experience, a pack into a brand statement, and a creative idea into something consumers remember.
? What You'll Do (A Lot More Than "Just Packaging")
1. Make Products Impossible to Ignore
- Design packaging across multiple FMCG categories, products, and SKUs.
- Build scalable packaging systems that maintain brand consistency while allowing category-level differentiation.
- Turn product information, ingredients, claims, and regulatory requirements into clear, compelling visual hierarchies.
- Ensure accuracy across typography, layouts, colour specifications, dielines, and print-ready artwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure production quality and consistency.
- Adapt and optimise packaging across different pack sizes, formats, and product variants.
2. Turn Packs into Visuals People Want to Click
- Create high-quality 3D product renders, packaging mockups, and product visualisations.
- Handle the complete 3D workflow, from modelling, texturing, material creation, lighting, and staging to rendering.
- Develop product hero shots, campaign visuals,
and marketplace-ready product compositions.
- Create reusable 3D assets to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and motion content.
- Explore AI-assisted visualisation workflows to enhance the quality and efficiency of 3D production.
3. Show Up Everywhere the Brand Lives
- Design engaging creatives for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Bigbasket, etc.
- Develop product hero images, banners, promotional creatives, and marketplace listing assets.
- Create visual communication for digital campaigns, paid advertisements, and social media.
- Work on retail branding, in-store communication, print collaterals, and on-ground brand experiences.
- Adapt campaigns across multiple platforms and formats without losing visual consistency.
4. Use AI as a Creative Amplifier, Not a Shortcut
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging platforms.
- Write effective prompts to generate high-quality product imagery, campaign concepts, backgrounds, and visual compositions.
- Use AI for creative ideation, visual exploration, rapid prototyping, and generating multiple creative directions.
- Combine AI-generated outputs with traditional design skills to create polished, production-ready assets.
- Continuously explore new AI capabilities that can improve creative quality, production speed, and workflow efficiency.
5. Don't Just Design. Contribute to What Gets Designed.
- Generate ideas for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective visual communication.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute to campaign concepts and content directions.
- Collaborate with marketing, category, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, from initial concept to final execution.
6. Move Fast Without Breaking Things (Especially Layouts!)
- Manage multiple projects, SKUs, adaptations, and creative requirements simultaneously.
- Maintain organised design files, asset libraries, and production-ready artwork.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across every deliverable.
- Work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Identify design improvements and opportunities to optimise existing assets.
? What You Should Bring The Technical Side
- 2–6 years of professional experience in visual communication, graphic design, or a related creative field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on packaging design experience. Packaging experience is non-negotiable.
- Working proficiency in Blender, including modelling, texturing, lighting, staging, and rendering.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of packaging production, printing processes, colour management, and artwork preparation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and image-generation workflows.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and video workflows will be an added advantage.
The Creative Side
- Solid fundamentals in typography, composition, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to turn complex product information into clear and effective design.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in labels, alignment, typography, and print accuracy.
- Understanding of how design influences consumer perception and purchase decisions.
- Comfort working across packaging, 3D, marketing creatives, digital, and print.
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and visual environments across 2D and 3D workflows.
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables, iterations, and tight timelines without compromising quality.
- A sharp sense of what works on a shelf versus what only looks good on a screen.
And More Importantly, The Mindset!
? You don't wait for the copy. You help shape it.
? You don't just use AI. You direct it.
? You don't just follow a brief. You bring ideas to the table.
? You don't just make things look good. You make them work.
✨ Bonus Points If...
- You've worked with FMCG, food, beverage, retail, or D2C brands.
- You understand how products and creatives behave on e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- You've designed packaging across multiple categories and product portfolios.
- You've used AI to create commercially usable creatives, not just experimental visuals.
- You're familiar with product photography, art direction, and visual merchandising.
- You've ever redesigned a pack and thought, "This will sell better now!"
What We're Looking For
You're not just designing packaging.
You're designing the reason someone picks our product over 10 others.
You're not just creating creatives.
You're shaping how a brand is seen, experienced, and remembered.
We're building brands that people trust, pick, and come back to. And we want creative minds who are excited to be part of that journey.
If you care about craft, clarity, impact, and know how to bend AI to your creative will, we'd love to hear from you!
Come build something honest with us!
