Opus Bloc Pvt. Ltd. is a fractional real estate platform in India that enables individuals to invest in premium properties through its mobile app, starting with blocs from ₹10,000. The company streamlines access to high-value real estate by reducing capital barriers and simplifying documentation and ongoing management through a fully digital process.

Each property is held via a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered as an LLP, ensuring ownership is legally independent of the platform and verifiable through public MCA records. The app centralizes onboarding, KYC, documentation, portfolio monitoring, and voting, while professional teams manage the properties and a secondary market for resale is under development.

Guided by the principles of Accessibility, Control, Transparency, and Ease (ACTE), Opus Bloc aims to make premium property ownership structured and accessible to a broader base of investors across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Video Editor & Creative Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, primarily Instagram Reels and other social media videos, along with designing creative posters, promotional banners, and social media graphics.

The role requires a strong creative mindset, the ability to independently conceptualize content ideas, and the skills to transform marketing briefs into visually appealing creatives. The candidate will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop content for brand awareness, property promotions, product explainers, campaigns, and investor communications.

Daily responsibilities include editing raw footage into engaging Reels, adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music. The candidate will also create social media posters and graphics, maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines,



perform basic color grading and sound polishing, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.

The role also involves organizing footage and design files, maintaining version control, and exporting content in appropriate formats and resolutions for different digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills, particularly in creating engaging short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to independently generate content ideas, concepts, and visual storytelling approaches.
- bility to design attractive and engaging social media posters, promotional creatives, banners, and marketing graphics.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Good understanding of color grading, transitions, motion graphics, typography, and visual effects.
- Ability to create engaging hooks, captions, subtitles, and visual elements that improve audience engagement.
- Understanding of social media content formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to understand marketing requirements and convert them into creative visual content.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple creative assignments and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience creating content for startups, fintech, real estate, or consumer brands is an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates with a portfolio showcasing Instagram Reels, promotional videos, social media posters, and other digital marketing creatives.
