As a Video Editor Intern, your key responsibilities typically span pre-production organization, core editing, post-production polish, and team collaboration Editing &
- Post-Production • Raw Footage Assembly: Review and select the best takes, cuts, and sequences from raw video files to build a cohesive narrative.
- Cutting &
- Pacing: Trim, splice, and arrange clips to maintain engaging rhythm and storytelling flow for both short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, ads).
- Audio &
- Visual Syncing: Align dialogue, sound effects (SFX), background music, and voice-overs.
- Color &
- Lighting Correction: Perform basic color grading, balancing, and lighting adjustments to keep visuals consistent.
- Graphics &
- Subtitles: Add text overlays, captions, brand watermarks, and basic motion graphics or animations.
