About the Role

Decode Growth is looking for a Video Editor (in office) to create high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and advertisements.
- Enhance raw footage with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative ideas.
- Optimise videos for engagement, retention, and overall performance.




- Stay updated with industry trends and platform-specific content formats.

Requirement

- 1-3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling and content structure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and revisions.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with 2D/3D animation, colour grading (DaVinci Resolve), or sound design
- Familiarity with editing for different platforms
- On-set experience or familiarity with camera workflows
