What You'll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, UGC, product videos, influencer content, and ad creatives
- Turn raw footage into engaging, polished short-form videos
- Add subtitles, text, transitions, music, sound eects, and other visual elements
- Create dierent versions of videos for social media and performance marketing
- Edit and repurpose influencer/creator content
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams on video briefs
- Keep up with trending Reel formats, editing styles, hooks, and sounds




- Ensure all videos align with Xtovia's brand identity and visual language
- Take feedback and make revisions quickly.

What We're Looking For

- Good understanding of short-form video content and Instagram Reels
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, A er Eects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography, and music
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Understanding of what makes content engaging and scroll-stopping
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio/showreel is preferred

Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should share their portfolio along with their resume. Academic projects, personal projects, freelance work, or internship projects can also be included.
