Core Responsibilities

- Intake &
- Alignment

: Work with engineering leaders to define role requirements, tech stacks, and team criteria.

- Active Sourcing

: Find passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search strings, and X-ray searches.

- Screening &

- Evaluation

: Run initial phone or video screens to check technical fluency, communication skills, and motivation.

- Interview Coordination

: Manage coding tests, technical rubrics, and feedback loops within an ATS like Greenhouse or Lever.

- Offer &

- Closing

: Benchmark compensation, handle equity or visa/tax term discussions (W2, C2C), and close candidates.

Required Qualifications

- Experience

: 2 to 7+ years of full-cycle technical or engineering recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.

- Technical Fluency

: Understanding of engineering stacks, system architecture, or core hardware/software disciplines without needing to be an engineer.

- ATS &
- Tools

: Proficiency with tracking systems (Ceipal) and sourcing platforms.

- Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
