Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates.
- Recruit for Manufacturing, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients, account managers, and delivery teams.
- Conduct candidate assessments and preliminary screening interviews.
- Ensure timely ATS updates and consistent candidate engagement.
- Maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder relationships.




- Meet recruitment targets and submission deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on US Staffing / Recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Medical, Healthcare, Engineering, or other Non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and the recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Experience working with ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling MSP/VMS requirements.
- Good knowledge of W2, C2C, and Direct Hire hiring models.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Engineering clients.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently.
