Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are hiring motivated freshers to join our US HR Operations team. Candidates will assist with onboarding, employee documentation, background verification, immigration coordination, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support US employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding.
- Collect and verify onboarding documentation.
- Assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes under supervision.
- Coordinate background checks and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee and consultant records.
- Track Work Authorization (WA), EAD, and visa expiry dates.




- Assist with H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, and H-4 EAD documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain onboarding and compliance trackers.
- Support HR reporting and payroll coordination.

Required Qualifications :

- BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, B.Tech, or any relevant degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
