Positions You’ll Recruit For:

Sales Representatives, Account Executives, SDRs, BDRs, Business Development Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Directors, VP Sales, and other commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and submit qualified sales professionals for U.S. client requirements.
- Handle multiple full-time/direct-hire requirements simultaneously.
- Recruit across B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, and Sales Leadership.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Evaluate candidates’ sales experience, quota achievement, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and closures.




- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and submission records in the ATS/CRM.
- Consistently deliver a minimum of 3 qualified client submissions per working day.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 year of recruiting SALES Professionals experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-volume U.S. Full time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Sales and Business Development professionals for U.S. clients preferred.
- Proven experience with candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, and placements.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and passive sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume requirements and candidate calls.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.S. business hours.
