Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US Accounts team and support US staffing accounting operations, invoicing, payment tracking, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in preparing and processing client and vendor invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) trackers.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding pending payments.
- Collect and verify consultant timesheets and billable hours.
- Maintain invoice and payment records.




- Assist with invoice reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal HR, recruitment, and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

Required Qualifications :

- B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
