- Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end UK recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in UK recruitment.
- Positive knowledge of the UK hiring process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
