- Transportations is a growing travel and tourism company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, family holidays, honeymoon packages, corporate trips, educational tours and transportation services. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings. Job Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed tour bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements - Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is essential
- English is preferred.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
