About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage corporate travel arrangements, logistics, and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective, seamless, and timely travel management for employees and company guests, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel Planning & Booking: Handle end-to-end booking of domestic and international flights, trains, buses, and cabs in alignment with company budgets and travel policies.
- Accommodation & Logistics: Manage hotel reservations, guest house bookings, local transportation, and airport transfers.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate hotel partners, cab operators, and ticketing agencies to negotiate the best corporate rates.
- Expense Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, verify travel bills/invoices,



and coordinate with the finance department for timely processing and audits.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Provide 24/7 or on-call support for emergency travel changes, cancellations, flight delays, or rescheduling.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel requests adhere to internal company travel guidelines and secure necessary management approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling a corporate travel desk, travel agency, or corporate ticketing operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in corporate booking tools, corporate self-booking portals, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi for effective vendor and employee coordination.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and positive problem-solving capabilities.
