As we expand our operations, we're looking for an experienced International Travel Sales Consultant who understands the travel business, enjoys interacting with customers and knows how to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

If you have hands-on experience in international holiday sales and can independently manage customers from their first enquiry to final booking, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Responsible For 1. International Travel Sales

- Handle incoming enquiries for international holiday packages.
- Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, budgets and expectations.
- Recommend suitable international destinations and customized holiday packages.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-ups.

2. Itinerary Planning & Package Costing

- Design customized itineraries for international destinations.
- Prepare detailed quotations covering hotels, flights, transfers,



sightseeing and activities.
- Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), overseas suppliers, hotels and other travel partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure healthy profit margins.

3. End-to-End Booking Management

- Manage bookings, reservations, documentation and confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal operations and external vendors.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information and timely updates.
- Support customers before departure and coordinate assistance during travel when required.

4. Customer Relationship & Sales Management

- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Handle customer objections, queries and booking negotiations.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales reports and booking updates.

What We're Looking For This is an experienced sales position. The following requirements are important:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in international travel sales or holiday consulting.
- Strong knowledge of international FIT holiday packages and popular destinations.
- Proven experience in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and closing bookings.
- Practical knowledge of international hotel reservations, sightseeing, transfers and ground arrangements.
- Experience coordinating with international DMCs and overseas suppliers.
- Strong understanding of travel package costing, pricing, margins and negotiations.




- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to independently manage multiple enquiries and sales follow-ups.
