- Itinerary Planning: Design customized, end-to-end domestic travel itineraries (including routing, travel times, hill stations, beaches, and heritage sites).
- Bookings & Operations: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cabs, buses, and activities.
- Vendor Management: Maintain and build relationships with direct travel service providers (hotels, airlines, local transport vendors) and negotiate preferred or corporate rates.
- Costing & Pricing: Prepare cost sheets, analyze travel spend, and optimize domestic travel policies or packages.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from planning stages through completion of the trip, resolving any on-ground issues.




- Quality Audits & Recce: Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and physical recce of hotels and destinations.

Typical Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience Range: Usually 1 to 10+ years in the travel, tourism, or Destination Management Company (DMC) industry.
- Education: Any graduate (degrees or diplomas in travel and tourism management are a plus).

- Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of domestic tourist destinations and logistics.
- Proficiency with GDS/booking tools (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or custom travel tech platforms).
