Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Travel Operations team member. The intern will assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries, handling bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and local experiences, and updating travel schedules and documentation. Daily responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, preparing trip proposals and cost estimates,



and collaborating with sales and concierge teams to ensure smooth execution of luxury travel packages.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in travel management systems and helping resolve operational issues that arise before or during client travel.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Travel Arrangements and support overall Travel Management processes.
- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
- Understanding of Business Travel needs and coordination of corporate itineraries is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple bookings.
- Comfort with basic office software and online booking tools; exposure to travel platforms is a plus.
- Interest in luxury travel and hospitality; prior internship or project experience in travel operations is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (students currently pursuing may also apply).
