Hiring: Training & Development Leader | UK Life & Pensions
Looking for an experienced Training & Development Leader to drive training strategy, capability development and business-aligned learning outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of outsourcing/BPO experience across back-office/front-office operations
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Robust knowledge of UK Life Insurance & Pensions
- CII certification: CF1 or FA2 mandatory
- Experience leading trainers, TNA, induction, coaching and training effectiveness/ROI
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Graduation mandatory
Good to have: Employee Benefits lifecycle, Content Design & Development and LMS experience.
