Role Description The Training Manager – Facility Management is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving training programs for facility management teams across multiple client sites, ensuring service standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements are consistently met.

The Training

Manager will conduct needs assessments, create training materials and standard operating procedures, deliver classroom and on-the-job training, and maintain training schedules and records. The role includes evaluating training effectiveness,



coaching supervisors and team leads, and coordinating with operations, HR, and client stakeholders to align training with contractual and performance goals.

Manager will also support onboarding of new employees, drive continuous improvement in skills and productivity, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in facility management operations (e.g., housekeeping, security, electro-mechanical services, landscaping, specialized cleaning) and ability to translate operational requirements into practical training modules.
- Experience in training design and delivery, including developing SOPs, training manuals, and assessment tools, and conducting classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Proficiency in people management and coaching, with skills in communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams at multiple sites.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to facility management, including occupational health and safety practices and basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business, HR, or a related field; skilled certifications in training, facilities, or safety management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a training or operations role within facility management or related service industries, preferably with multi-site or large workforce exposure.
