– Learning & Development (L&D;) – Hospitality Industry

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Job Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:

- Total Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience, including 3–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Training & Development.
- Hospitality Experience: Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in hospitality operations.
- Preferred Background: Candidates should have prior experience in any of the following functions:
- Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service
- Housekeeping
- Front Office
- Current Function: Currently working in Learning & Development / Training & Development, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Age Criteria: 25 years and above.
- Travel Requirements:



Must be flexible and willing to travel for approximately 2–3 weeks per month, depending on business requirements.
- Compensation Budget: ₹8–12 LPA (including CTC and applicable perks), depending on the candidate's location, experience, and role suitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with a solid operational background in the hospitality industry who have transitioned into Learning & Development or Training & Development roles. Should possess a good understanding of hotel operations, employee training, and service standards.
